1. Who we are
Tryggere KI, org. no. 937 600 917, Ola Narr 8, 0563 Oslo, Norway. Email: [email protected]. Tryggere KI is a non-profit organisation working for the safe development of artificial intelligence through public education and participation in public debate.
2. The gift
A gift to Tryggere KI is voluntary and given without any claim to consideration. You choose the amount yourself, and whether to give a one-off amount or a fixed, monthly gift via Vipps. The gift is used for the organisation's purposes as described in its bylaws.
3. Recurring gifts
For a recurring gift, the chosen amount is charged every month on the date you select. The first charge happens when the agreement is entered into. You can change the amount or date, or end the agreement, at any time directly in the Vipps app. Ending the agreement takes effect from the next charge.
4. Errors and refunds
As a general rule, gifts are not refunded. If you gave the wrong amount or gave by mistake, you can contact us within 30 days and we will refund the amount.
5. Tax deduction
Tryggere KI is not currently approved for tax-deductible gifts, and gifts are therefore not reported to the Norwegian Tax Administration.
6. Personal data
When you give via Vipps, we receive your name, phone number, amount and time. We use this to register and record the gift for bookkeeping, administer recurring gifts and respond to inquiries. The data is kept for as long as the Bookkeeping Act requires, and is only shared with suppliers we need to handle the gift: our bank, Vipps MobilePay, an accountant, and digital tools we use in our accounting work, including AI tools. These process the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not send you a newsletter or other communication without your consent. Read more in our privacy notice.
7. Questions and complaints
Questions or complaints about gifts can be sent to [email protected]. We normally respond within 14 days. If a complaint concerns our processing of personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
